Welcome to Shannon Doyle Art website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Shannon Doyle Art website shannondoyleart.com. By visiting the website and formulating requests for services provided here by Shannon Doyle Art and its affiliates you unconditionally agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions outlined herewith, “You” is defined as the visitor to the website, browsing and preceding to offering and actively engaging in purchase of products from Shannon Doyle Art. “Shannon Doyle Art” is Shannon Doyle Art Pty Ltd, a company based in Australia who will accept an offer to purchase goods, confirm the order, supply and subsequently arrange for delivery for said goods upon payment.

Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these conditions.

• All prices shown are in Australian currency ($AU)
• The dimensions provided for each finished print may not be 100% accurate as certain prints are trimmed by hand or have special finishes like deckled edges.
• The colour of the prints may vary to what is displayed on the website. Colour variations can occur due to a vast array of factors including monitor settings, devices, colour bit depths and many other reasons.
• All sales are final, unless the work arrives damaged, in the event of this happening you should contact Shannon Doyle Art via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving delivery of your order. We recommend for you to take photos of any damage for your reference. All prints must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Shannon Doyle Art will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post, regardless of the value of your order. If you require insurance for your order, please contact Shannon Doyle Art via phone or email for a postage estimate. All Australia Post shipments are traceable. A tracking number can be provided on request if your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame.
• Prints are packaged are wrapped in acid-free tissue archival paper and rolled in a sturdy tube. Our tubes are custom ordered and have a 100mm diameter. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the print paper as we do not have to roll prints too tightly.
• For orders within Australia please allow up to 7 days for delivery of prints.
• For international orders please allow 20 days for delivery of prints.
• Refunds: Refunds will only be applicable where Shannon Doyle Art is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be issued strictly at the discretion of Shannon Doyle Art. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of your order being received. Shannon Doyle Art reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
• Copyright: Images used on this website are reproduced with express permission. Copyright is retained by the artist or Shannon Doyle Art. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.
• Access to this website is at the users own risk. Shannon Doyle Art is not responsible in any way for the content of any websites externally linked to this website. Shannon Doyle Art Pty Ltd is not responsible for the actions of users on this website.
• Shannon Doyle Art reserves the right to not sell an item to an individual or group at any given time, even if payment has been made. In such instance, a full refund will be processed promptly.
• The website may be used by you only for lawful purposes in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.
